I don't know what an educational outsome is, or even presumably an educational outcome, or how Forbes would measure one; but I do know that Berkeley is north and west of Palo Alto.  I got that educational outcome somewhere, most likely by using California State Plane Coordinates for the past 25 years or so.

I've been oblivious to this for 40 years. Can't wait to try to win some free drinks in out of state sports bars.
