The good:
No Thursday night games that no one watches on the East Coast
Only one Friday night game not to be watched (Sadly, it's two weeknight games).
No Thursday or Friday (OOPS, we have K State for that) home games that no one can get to after work
Friday night K State game will likely mess with their clocks
OSU prior to Oregon gives us time to get ready
UDFG road trip sandwiched between two home games
Extra week to prepare for SC
Ending with Cal/Rice should make the end of year not too bad
The bad:
Early bye means 11 straight games without a break
Early season stretch is brutal; if things don't break our way, we could conceivably start off 1-5
At Washington on short rest after being at UCLA; with our luck the UCLA game will be a 7:30 kickoff
Tough road trips to Washington, UCLA, UDFG, Oregon, and Arizona
Two home games before students show up
Overall:
We knew it was gonna be bad. It could have been worse, but I can think of a lot of ways it could have been better.
