Maybe a little strong, but can we agree that playing She's Not There at a murder trial goes beyond merely "bad taste"?
I guess exponentially bad taste. Still think there is something beyond drunk and stupid there, but yes if you are that drunk, you can be that stupid. Can't be defended IMO.

Yeah, I just stare at my desk, but it looks like I'm working .I'd say in a given week I probably only do about fifteen minutes of real, actual, work. Peter Gibbons
