Most of Sunday's episode of The Good Wife was set in Iowa, where the characters were involved in the caususes. Practically the whole story revolved around the stupidity, shallowness and egocentricity of Iowa voters. (Not liking loose-meat sandwiches = not qualified to be president.) It was amusing.

I try to get my impressions of the world from observations of reality.  Having not ever seen "The Good Wife", however, perhaps it is an excellent substitute.
