That rant is because of something Crabtree told Sherman at a charity event earlier that year. Sherman held a grudge against him ever sense and his passion to beat him (as well as knowing his play sent the Seahawks to the Superbowl) boiled over during that interview.
Cam's celebrations happen after a first down or a score; earned in my opinion.
