Yes, please consider donating your organs. And if you are an organ donor, make sure that your family members know of your wishes. Even more important than filling out a card, your medical decision makers would be the ones talking to your doctors and UNOS should you die and would be the ones to agree to your organs being donated. Thus, it is absolutely vital that they know.
