Do you believe in Dawkins enough to risk instability in the AD if Muir goes and not Dawkins? 

I'd rather both men elevate their games immediately, but if I were forced to choose, I'd limit the turnover to the man in charge of one sport rather than the man in charge of all sports...

I think at this point if Muir goes whomever replaces him will unload Dawkins and bring in his own coach.  Dawkins' record is pretty clearly not good by any standard.
