All the names (save Collins) are head coaches, and several of them (Brey, Crean, Wright, and Bennett) at major programs.

Remember, Dawkins had never been a head coach when he arrived in the spring of 08, and I have to think Muirs giving serious consideration to the merits of hiring a veteran head coach with a record of success.
