He's the "get", the diamond waiting to shine.

Welcome to the CardBoard, Mrs. Turner! Or perhaps Coach Turner's agent. At any rate, I think you will find that the folks here are supportive of the idea of Russell Turner becoming the next MBB head coach. He may not be the dream coach (e.g., Mark Few), but he looks like a strong candidate.
