The new AD will oversee the major renovation of the Coliseum.  Construction planned to be ready in time for the 2018 football season.  Cost - $270M to be funded entirely by U.SC Athletics.  I would imagine that one of the top items on Swann's list is raising money for the Coliseum.

USC president Max Nikias told the university community this morning that athletic director Pat Haden has announced his retirement, effective June 30. After that time, Nikias said that Haden will remain at USC for a year, guiding the Coliseum renovation.
