There was a speculative article online recently (SBNation or Bleacher Report, can't remember which) about what nonconference games would be most tanatalizing to Stanford fans.  Bama and Clemson made the cut...can't remember the third, but kal was thrown in there at the end for giggles.  I would love to see Texas (remember the 2000 or 2001 SI cover?), and now there's a compelling case for Michigan (and Ohio State, nod to Publius and the Buckeyes' strength).

McCaffrey could go on his own nose-punching tour: every single top-10 defensive coordinator out there.

I think it was only last week that Shaw said he'd love to play at Clemson and match up against Dabo Swinney.
