I know he doesn't count. 

I can recall players from Connecticut, Delaware, and Arkansas, and several from Ontario, Canada, but none from:

Vermont
New Hampshire
Maine
Alaska
Rhode Island
North Dakota
South Dakota
West Virginia
Kentucky 

And I can recall at least two big Montanans, but no one from Wyoming.

Any help here?  What states have yet to supply a Stanford scholarship football player?
