You are going to be shocked at how different everything is when you return. KState has been pouring money into new buildings for classrooms, dorms, the rec center, NBAF, and converting the campus to a walking only campus. On top of that Manhattan itself is changing. I traveled there for a wedding a few weekends ago and it was a shock.

Will you be wearing cardinal or purple on the 2nd?

I also haven't been on Stanford's campus in a while, so I guess I'll be in for two shocks: one in Manhattan and the other in Palo Alto, whenever I'm able to return to either locale.

If I were able to make it up to Stanford for the game next Friday, I'd probably wear my K-State t-shirt and most recent Stanford Rose Bowl hat. That might make for some interesting conversations. As it is, I'll watch the game at home with my son.
