I was going to say that it was the day I returned to Roble as well. There was probably too much chaos going on to actually find a tv and watch the game in the dark ages before laptops and smartphones. The kids these days have it easy! (Now I can identify with all the old alumni tailgating before home games.)  8)

In January 1982 I remember  being tasked with going to a TV store to rent a big TV (obviously not flat screen) so that the dorm could all watch the Niners/Dallas championship game together in the Roble lobby, i still remember watching the "Catch" there.
