My son's first real football game (i.e. One at which he could whine using English) was Stanford-ASU when he was 3 years old. Warm early October on the sunny side. Not only did he last through warm ups, the first half, halftime, the second half and post game LSJUMB during a lopsided loss without complaint, he was riveted. Never took his eyes off the field. Two forced potty breaks was it.
He wound up playing four years in high school, four years at Navy and is now a co-defensive coordinator while he waits for his slot at The Basic School. We text and talk constantly during CFB season. He face timed me Saturday from Boston where one of his similarly situated coaching buddies was wearing my son's official red Nike McCaffrey jersey. Colin hails from Iowa and Navy SEALS honor bets.

Yeah, I just stare at my desk, but it looks like I'm working .I'd say in a given week I probably only do about fifteen minutes of real, actual, work. Peter Gibbons
