A challenge I anticipate with using a link to another form is that the "Predictions" thread won't be prominently displayed on the first page/at the top of the discussions, so many people may miss it as the week goes on. If we go this route, we should peg the weekly thread to the top and BC can just add a new link each week to a new poll.
