I listened to most of the game on the Husky broadcast network. (I was stuck in the car.) It started with pregame projections of "It'll be a close, high-scoring game and the UW will win with a last-second field goal". I'm not sure even they believed it. Then as the wheels came off they became despondent. Finally, through much of the third quarter and all of the fourth they were continually talking about whether Stanford had the ability to go to and win the BCS title game. The consensus was that the Cardinal have as good a chance as any PAC team in a number of years.
