No doubt this is a pivotal game for this team.  Their place in history rides on their performance tomorrow night.  If they decide as a team that they want to achieve the highest goal in college football, a national championship, then they must defeat the Huskies. 

If every player on every play focuses his full effort on completing his assignment to the best of his ability, the team will prevail.  While many players are self motivated, many need to be coached to perform at their full potential.  I have confidence that we have the coaching staff that can draw out of our players their best performances. 

I have confidence that our team has sufficient talent to overcome every team on the schedule.  It's not the talent that causes me to worry, it's the performance and execution of individual players. Tomorrow this team plays in its fourth game.  By now, each player knows his assignments.  Now is the time for each player to decide that he will win every battle tomorrow night.  If enough of our players make that choice, we will prevail.  And if we prevail tomorrow night, I predict we will be in the playoffs.
