I saw this link regarding Oscar Da Silva so I registered on CARD board and thought I would post something about Oscar. Back in the summer of 2014, Oscar, along with his German club team members, played in the FAB 48. After they played, they made the trip to the prestigious Snow Valley Basketball camp. I have been privileged to be part of that coaching fraternity and had the chance to draft Oscar for the week long camp. I thought he was the best all-around player at the camp as a freshman!!! He was a lanky 6'7' kid who could handle the ball, good mid range shot (off the pass), could rebound and was long, very long to change shots. He brought the ball up the floor in transition. I knew this kid could develop into a wonderful player. I had NO doubt in my mind that this kid play major D1 in the U.S. I think Stanford has themselves a hidden gem!!!!
