Not surprisingly, most names I'm hearing for San Jose State come from the Boise State/Chris Petersen coaching tree: Votre Dame co-OC Mike Sanford, Washington OC Jonathan Smith, Washington co-DC Jimmy Lake, Wisconsin DC Justin Wilcox. SJSU athletic director Gene Bleymaier held the same post at Boise State for 30 years. If he wants to stay in the Bay Area with the next hire, ןɐɔ OC Jake Spavital could get in the mix.
