UW is in. There will be a discussion about PSU vs tOSU, though I suspect it'll be tOSU.

In addition, the committee is supposed to look beyond fewest losses, though so far they have never elevated a team with more losses into the playoff. The only candidate this year is PSU over tOSU. I doubt we'll see it, but we'll know soon enough.
