USF is a coaching trap, and Taggart escapes. He's the only coach to ever win 10 games at a place that has outsized expectations relative to their pecking order in the state.
True, USF benefitted this year from their rival, UCF, being in a rebuilding stage. But Taggart also won 8 games last year. I think Taggart is a good coach with a little bit of EUTM, for sure.
