We love them fried. Â We love them pureed. Â We love them julienned and we love them chopped into small pieces and used as marinade. Â We love them mashed, kneaded and, of course, pulped.
Actually, skip all that. Â What we really want is to see them BEATEN in late November. Â We need to do that much, much more often.
