Especially 2004, when BYU played at Stanford Stadium, and the Band declared that marriage is between a man and a woman, and a woman, and a woman, and a women, with the dollies prancing about in wedding veils and marrying the band manager in a send up of polygamy.

The BYU halftime show is definitely my favorite in-person Band memory. The sendup pushed just to the edge of decency while also making a political point at the height of the gay marriage ban movement. By comparison, the cow-tipping was nothing.
