It's just disrespectful to the seniors especially the ones who are likely done playing football.

It's disrespectful to ALL of his teammates, his coaches, and the fans.  More than anything else, I'm disappointed in him for making a bad decision.  But that's all it is - one bad decision.  He's made a lot of good ones too - let's not forget that.
