I don't think we should fear Chip Kelly.  Cal had no lack of offense last season.  Chip Kelly is not known for fielding strong defenses.  Bring it on bears.  >:(

The worry with Kelly isn't that he wins year one, or even year two, but that his name can draw in recruits and that he can scheme his way to a few upsets and build momentum. With Dykes they were going nowhere, but with Kelly you could see that changing over time.

The problem, of course, is that there's no reason to think Kelly wants to be there for one year, let alone multiple.
