I don't think we should fear Chip Kelly.  ןɐɔ had no lack of offense last season.  Chip Kelly is not known for fielding strong defenses.  Bring it on 59ers.  >:(

I disagree.  What Differentiated Chip Kelly from Mark Helfrich is that Kelly could field a competent defense.  The Ducks' offense was ok this year, but what doomed them was their utter lack of a defense.
