We wouldn't have a medium to talk on if it weren't for an Oxford-educated Englishman researching at a Swiss research center. My point is beyond US vs. commonwealth. There's a big world out there, and outside the US, they also educate and do research. BTW, I posted two separate listings, and neither of them list UC Berkeley as the top public university in the world.

POC, nobody's saying that US universities are bad — not by any stretch — but to claim that a university or anything else is the best in the world simply because it's the best in the US is misguided.
