Sugar cheaper than Fiesta? Really?

Suspect there are two reasons:
1) stadium in New Orleans is older and hence may have less debt, which allows them to charge less rent, in turn allowing them to charge less for tickets.

2) Since national championship game is in New Orleans, Sugar Bowl is the junior varsity event there and therefore less desirable, meaning less in terms of price.

Personally I favored New Orleans and Sugar even at equal prices, so I greatly prefer when the differential in ticket price is factored in.
