I do think that if people are going to be suspended or banned it should be made very clear to them why. Not really privy to whether this was done in the most recent case or not, but some people seem to think it wasn't.
Also, is ALL CAPS posting acceptable or not acceptable on this board? I think there should be some clarification on this.
