I think so. Once the NFL inducts you into the "prototypical QB club" it takes a lot for them to yank you out. Now, whether Rosen will be a top 5 pick (or whatever), different question. But hard for me to believe he won't be a first rounder. (and if he lasts past the first round the Niners should absolutely take a shot at him.)

Given what Rosen has said regarding college football and academics, I would doubt he wants to stick around at school.
