Good question, and one I was considering during last night's game.
More than any physical aspect of his QB skills,  NFL coaches (and team owners) may be leery of Rosen's personality and attitude.
That said, due to the NFL's collective bargaining agreement,  rookie contracts are a relative bargain. For this reason NFL franchises are now willing to risk a high first round pick, especially for a QB.
