I don't think this is obvious at all. Look, Rosen should've done the handshake. But it's a bit silly to me to suggest he's a hoity-toity guy unwilling to muck around with his teammates. He was taking hits deep in the fourth quarter long beyond the brink. Personal aggrandizement -- even simple common sense -- would've dictated a withdrawal. He went out there. So maybe he's a bad teammate and an unsportsmanlike jerk, maybe not. I'm going to wait for more evidence to make that judgment.
