The "Problem" is that the Fiesta Bowl is the best non-Title game bowl match-up.  Oklahoma State will travel well because this is not their norm.  Last year, the Orange Bowl had Stanford, very far from home, vs. Va Tech in its third Orange Bowl in four years.  The sponsors of the game probably did not really want to see the game and were happy to dump the tickets.  The equation is a little different this time around, so I would not bank on the tickets declining too much.  It could happen, but it might not.
