The only way this could make sense is some sort of Face/Off situation has happened and Shaw needs to keep everybody confused.
Otherwise, this is f*cking dumb.
Chryst has has plenty of opportunities, and the results were average at best, and often bad. Hard to expect that will be any different tomorrow.
