I must admit to being quite surprised.  That said, I do have confidence in Shaw's decision-making, and will take solace until kick-off in a few points: 
-  KC looked good in bowl game until injured
-  His knee & comfort level should continue to improve
-  Shaw will stick with a clear hot-hand. 
-  Shaw probably likes this lingering question mark even less than we do!
