Boy, that sounds pretty complicated.  Needing to decide what to do in an option?  No quarterback in the nation can do that.  In fact, I don't think even Cam Newton, Denard Robinson, Terrelle Pryor, Darron Thomas, Tyrod Taylor, etc. could do that in college.

On the other hand, Luck needing to choose his own play from a variety of choices at the line of scrimmage after identifying the coverage presented by the defense?  That's pretty easy.  Every starting college QB and 3rd string QB in the NFL can do that.
