Sorry.  Been waiting four years to ask that.   His scholarship offer was a mystery when it occurred.  IIRC, he had no major college offers.  The explanation was that Dildy was this guy who was overlooked but who had intangibles that could really make him a contributor.  (Hmmm, sounds a bit like JH)  All I know about his Dildy\'s actual contribution is that I hardly ever heard his named mentioned.  Maybe people who actually follow basketball have a better idea of his contribution to the team.

I guess it\'s great--also somewhat Harbaughesque-- that there is more turnover to free up scholarships.  But another mediocre season added to the past two weakens Dawkins\' pitch about momentum building in the program.  Having Will Paul, I suspect,  would have added needed experience and size to a team short on the both.
