Well, not to retread old debates but... KC definitely had mobility and speed. Maybe not Luck or Cam Newton level, but definitely a plus athlete for a college QB.* He just was inconsistent about when he chose to utilize it.
*(e.g., FWIW, Chryst had a 98 SPARQ rating in high school: http://www.espn.com/college-sports/footb...ler-chryst ... which is pretty good. Not amazing, but certainly better than average.)
