Circumstances.  Carolina is not the type of offense in which I would expect him to thrive. What Newton does well is throw the ball down field and run. He is not a good intermediate and short pastor. Another case in point today was an easy throw to McCaffrey which would’ve been a touchdown. He threw it behind him.  He had his best rushing game today so maybe he will have a better second half. But man I wish he was on a team like New Orleans with a quarterback that could really take advantage of his skills.

I do know one thing – Carolinas offense is much better when he is on the field then when he is not.
