Actually, I disagree with this assessment and quite frankly, I appreciate the tone of the community here. There is nothing wrong with a few CC&Rs to keep the neighborhood friendly and *relatively* troll free. While a minor grouse, I do agree that the auto-script changes (such as cal) that make the posts more difficult to read.
