How can we not beat an offer from Freeze-yer-Keester Nebraska to bring Troy Walters back to the Farm from UCF with Frost leaving?

Coming from a FL public university (>60,000 students), we should have no problem puting together the right package.  Walters gets a premiere recruiting platform in a Pac12 championship level program -- and he gets to come back home.
Values, academics, pride in performance, dedication.  He would fit Shaw's M.O. perfectly. 
Get him on a plane and greet him with sunglasses and a Stanford T-shirt.  What is the problem?
