Yes, Troy coming back as an OC sounds incredible. The timing seems perfect.

I think the concern is not on our end, it’s that Troy could get a HC offer somewhere.

Regarding Norm Chow, I was a fan of his, but I think it’d be an unwise move for Stanford. When he want back to UH, I thought it’d be a perfect fit, but they continued to struggle, terribly. I don’t recall any offensive innovation (like we’ve seen from Lane Kiffin) to outperform their budget and recruiting shortfalls. I worry he hasn’t executed at a high level in a long time.
