Winflop, that may be what would increase his value, but you can bet if he comes back, he will run the plays he ran this year. That is what makes him most effective at Stanford in the eyes of the coaching staff. That isn't going to change. There won't be a "Bryce Love development program". It wouldn't be fair to the other players. He knows that, so if he comes back next year, it will be to run the ball.

I'd be surprised if he's a first-round pick in the 2018 draft.

I do agree with you there. CMac could always make it as a receiver if he didn't make it as a runner. Bryce Love doesn't have that to fall back on. However, second round isn't chopped liver, either!
