Thank you MT, unclechuck, Farmdad, and Bob for getting some insight into our upcoming games.  I have no idea what to expect, really, since so much of this hinges on the self confidence of a few 18 and 19 year olds.  The opposing lineups certainly look imposing.  I'm a natural pessimist since this seems to protect me psychologically, but Tara often surprises me.  Oregon State has looked vulnerable at times, and as it is the first game of the set I think we have a chance.  On the road especially, the first few minutes of the game--which sometime hinge on luck--often sets the tone and predicts the outcome.  If we play clean basketball and hit a couple of treys during the first five minutes of any game, I feel like we have an excellent chance the rest of the way.  But we seldom start that way.

I'd feel a lot more confident if we had them at home.
