I've always embarrassed for the program when we play Davis and U$C and ND NEVER play fcs teams.  I don't know why we do it. Even worse that we are following up two years of Rice with Davis.  If we continue to play U$C early we need a legitimate tune up.

FWIW, how did we end up avoiding Scott Frost when we played UCF?  It wasn't intentional but how lucky was Stanford to avoid his teams.

I agree. I thought the 2010 and 2014 games featuring FCS opponents resulted from SJSU bailing first for a big payout and then on the serires. There's FCS on future schedules though.
