Mike Williams's situation sounds the most potentially concerning long-term; however, I've heard of people having procedures, like say, for an arrhythmia, where the expected outcome are no restrictions on future activity and no expected long-term harm (just a healthier future). So I hope that's the case here but have no idea.

But Costello's is also very bad news. He was on such a stellar trajectory. I was hoping those spring reps along with his experience from last year would prepare him for a 2018 of Luckian proportions. Much tougher now without those spring practices.
