I take it from the discussion on this thread that torn labrum is more than just conjecture. I this behind a paywall or is it "open source" somewhere?

The torn labrum is the logical conclusion based on the available data points. It was mentioned on another message board that if Costello had hip surgery, it was more than likely to fix a labrum tear.
