Could be she's lower ranked because she's from a tiny school, Pinewood, with 300 total students in grades 7-12 as opposed to a perennial sports powerhouse like say Mater Dei with 2,100 students in grades 9-12.  Means lesser competition and less exposure too, so could be a bit of an unknown quantity to ESPN.
