My daughter is in the 4.3%.
She has been accepted at other schools and they've thrown money at her in the form of various academic and Presidential scholarships. Stanford's financial aid offer is paltry in comparison. I understand that Stanford is needs-based, and we do OK, but we are not one percenters. Is there any secret to negotiating with the Financial Aid office?
